New recreation concept for Lake Hume, Australia

Southern Cross Parks, Australia, has asked Brons + partners to develop a new concept for in Tallangatta, 500 km North of Melbourne for the run-down Lakelands recreation park for campers en cabins, along the Lake Hume. The park is part of a complex system of water reservoirs. A master plan offers the context, whereby the cornerstones exist of improvement of the water quality, ecosystems, optimization of agriculture, attention for cultural heritage and improvement of recreation and tourism.

Brons + partners focused especially on the redevelopment of existing recreation areas along Lake Hume. It is mend that the plans of Brons + partners will be integrated in the future vision for the redevelopment of this area.
