The headlines of the estate de Geer in Culemborg were executed in springtime of 2010. Forested areas enclosing a new water system with natural banks and several open spaces, made accessible by a new entrance, were designed by Brons + partners. The design for the new sustainable houses were made in cooperation with an architect.
Before the realization the office worked on a feasibility study, the design and the planting and maintaining plan.
The process included the request for the building permit and took a long time with a successful outcome.
